  • Making a deposit of $105.50 (or $95.00 if you are a first time customer with our 10% off coupon) for our diagnostics by including a check, money order (payable to Envescent, LLC) or electronically using credit or debit (click the PayPal link on the lower right).

  • Packaging your hard drive or system up according to our packaging requirements.

  • Then, mail the completed form, payment (or PayPal receipt) and hard drive and/or system to:
